Drawn in graphite and colored pencil, Positano’s colorful cliffside houses and stunning Mediterranean views along the west of coast of Italy are brought to life. The town’s transformation from a medieval port to a beloved tourist destination is reflected in each detail, capturing its charming streets, chaotic buildings, and beautiful beaches. 
This is another place I’ve drawn without first having been there. I’ve fallen in love with it from photos and, if I’m honest, the movie Under the Tuscan Sun. For several years now I have been dreaming of living there, at least for a portion of my life. One can only imagine the artwork that might be inspired being surrounded by such beauty, where natural and human creativity meld together so seamlessly.
